Refund Policy
At My Dreams Of, we strive to deliver high-quality AI art generations and custom-printed merchandise. Because our services involve direct computational and physical production costs, we have established the following refund rules.
1. Digital Art & Credit Purchases
Due to the high cost of GPU computing required to process custom likeness AI models and generate digital portraits, all sales of digital packages and credit packs are final.
We do not issue refunds for processed generations if you are unhappy with the style choice or the look, as you are able to see a standard-resolution preview of your portrait before deciding to claim or purchase further packages.
However, if a technical error occurs during the generation process (such as a server crash or a failed render API response) and your credit is deducted without generating any image, please contact us at support@my-dreams-of.com. We will immediately restore your credits or issue a full refund if desired.
2. Custom Printed Merchandise
All physical prints (canvases, posters, and framed photo prints) are custom made-to-order through our printing partners and cannot be returned or resold.
Damaged Items or Printing Defects: If your print arrives damaged, bent, or with a clear manufacturing defect, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
To claim a replacement for a damaged print, please email us at support@my-dreams-of.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo showing the damage or printing defect.
- A photo of the shipping packaging (if it was damaged during transit).
3. Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage you to contact support directly to resolve any issues. Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank before reaching out to us will freeze your account resources and suspend any active processing.
