By accessing and using My Dreams Of ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

My Dreams Of provides an AI-powered artistic generation service for pet photographs. Users can upload images, select styles, and receive generated artwork.

3. User Content & Feedback

You retain all ownership rights to the original photos you upload. By uploading content or submitting ratings and comments, you grant My Dreams Of a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display the content to provide the Service to you.

Additionally, you agree that we may securely review generated artworks, associated ratings, and comments for quality assurance purposes. If you provide a highly-rated review, we may feature your generated artwork, star rating, and comment on our public platforms.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload any content you provide to the Service.

4. Generated Art and Intellectual Property

Upon successful purchase of a high-resolution download, My Dreams Of grants you a commercial license to use the generated artwork for personal and commercial purposes.

While you own the specific output generated for you, the underlying AI models and technology remain the property of My Dreams Of and its licensors.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. All purchases are final. Due to the high computational costs of generating AI art, we generally do not offer refunds once a generation has been processed. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team.

6. Data Retention

We host generated images on our servers for 14 days. After this period, images may be permanently deleted. We strongly encourage users to use the "Save to Cloud" feature or download their art promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

My Dreams Of is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
